So, RL news:

About my post last night about my friend. She got back together with her ex. And now she's mad at me when I asked why. And she took it the completely wrong way when I asked why. I asked as her friend, not being mean at all. I said I was worried, because he's so disrespectful. And she got extremely mad at me. *shrugs* Everybody told me to make it less my problem. But still, she's my best friend. I don't want her to make a stupid mistake.

I think I've posted about this before.


My best friend's ex-boyfriend is an asshole. He used her the entire time they dated, he hates me, he was never good to her. Overall, he's just a jerk. I was just talking to her, and she's concemplating getting back with him. After she broke it off with him.

WHY? WHYWHYWHYWHY.

She's so much happier without him. She actually talks to her old friends, goes out, smiles. She isn't constantely miserable, she feels good about herself and she's confident. When she was with him she cried about five times a week, felt fat (mind you, she weights 98 pounds) and she was just so depressed.

And what's even worse, he hit her twice. Two times too many. They only dated five and a half months. And she's seventeen. He's fifteen. And just ... erg. I don't get why if she knows it's heathlier for her to not be with him, she wants to date him again.

Especially when she's the one who broke it off in the first place. And she openly admits she'd never go through all the drama again.

*sighs* I don't get it.

So there you go. The Lion King I watched with my dad when I was three, and I cried then when Mufasa died. I still cry like a baby and cuddle with my blanket when I watch it. It's my dad and I's movie basically. We both get choked up at certain parts. Like the scene with Mufasa and Simba after he goes to the Elephant cemetary:

Simba: Dad?
Mufasa: Hmm?
Simba: We're pals, right?
Mufasa: Right.
Simba: And we'll always be together, right?
Mufasa: Simba, let me tell you something my father told me. Look at the stars. The great kings of the past are up there, watching over us.
Simba: Really?
Mufasa: Yes. So whenever you feel alone, just remember that those kings will always be there to guide you. And so will I. ♥

Yeah. That part always gets me. I love that movie. It's just ... I dunno. But I love it.

And then House is just simply amazing. I love Hugh Laurie. I'm an old man British buff (Hehe - Alan Rickman?) so when I started watching House freshman year when I understood it, I fell in love. And haven't turned back since.

I just commented like five different journals two or three times. I haven't had time to catch up on a lot of posts, so I figured 'Why not do it now?' Except, I just commented so many people mulitple times. Sorry for the spammage.


I just wanted to take time out to say Happy Veterans Day.

I have today off from school, and I think I'm one of the few people - teenage or  adult, that actually take a moment to think about why I got to sleep until 9:30 today and didn't have to worry about school and getting ready. Especially living in America during the War in Iraq. Thinking about the men and woman who go into the service and risk their lives for my freedom. It makes me think about how I shouldn't sweat the small things.

There's my thought for the day. I hope everybody, whether you're in the US or across the ocean, take the time to think about the men and woman who went into the service to fight for your country.

So, I went to the Exhibition yesterday. And Oh.My.God. I'm dying happy.

Overall, Harry Potter: The Exhibition was the greatest expierence of my life. And I want togo back. Really bad. It's here until February. I want to go again SO bad. Rotfl, maybe I will. It was an awesome time, and I loved every second of it.

ON THE WAY BACK THOUGH! I met a man on the train who looked EXACTLY LIKE ALAN RICKMAN. No joke. I was standing next to a woman in a seat, so I couldn't really hold on to the top rail of the train (too short D:) so I saw him holding onto the bar on the seat so I was like "Duh. Good idea." Then when the woman in the seat got up, he went to sit and looked at me and went "How rude of me, sit down!'" and I melted. Except I didn't realize the NEXT STOP was mine. Or I would've let him take the seat. He was adorable. And I really wanted to ask if he was Alan Rickman. He was dressed all fancy and such, I really wanted to ask him. But I didn't. Damn.

So the Harry Potter Exhibition made it's way to Boston. And guess whose going?

Yeah. This girly right here! I'm SO pumped. We have a 3:00PM tour. Then we're going to the actual museam if we have time. If not, we'll galavant around Boston until it gets too cold. But still. So.Freaking.Excited.

In other news. I thought I updated this more than three days ago. Guess not.

School is meh. I'm doing OK in classes. I have a D+ in AP Pysch and the test I took definitely didn't help. I have a B- in World War II and a C+ in English. It's a 78.7. With two weeks left in the Trimester. I'm going to try so hard to get a B. I'll feel really good if I even get an 80 average. I'm going to try. HARD. And I got a 100% on my poetry explication that I did. I got an 89% the first time. English is starting to look up finally.

I'm exhausted. It's only 10:30. Time to sleep in for twelve hours.
